Return Policy

Please note: Due to COVID-19 safety measures, you may experience delays when returning items.

Upon arrival of delivery the customer must examine order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact support@toptrends.store within 4 days, providing your order number, and if possible, photo’s showing the damage. We will immediately start working to resolve your issue and keep you informed. It is important thats customers do not accept items if there is visible damage to packaging unless of course you wish to accept and request spare parts where needed.

You may wish to return your item, if it is not the perfect item for you. You can return it for a refund within 28 days of delivery* in the packaging it was delivered in and in the same condition it was delivered in, with no damages to the item.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary between £4.99 and £79.99 for small parcel courier services and from £20.00 and £100 for large parcel courier services. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items which are personalised or customised to your specifications
  • Top Trends gift certificates

If the item you order is damaged or defective, we will handle your return, and the exceptions above, do not apply in this case.  We will ensure that your return is taken care of.

We will aim to refund you for your purchase in full, within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Regardless of our return conditions, your statutory right of withdrawal applies.You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days since the date on which you, or the third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
