At Top Trends, we aim to give our customers just what they want, and understand that every customer is unique and will have different requirements, and we aim to fulfil those requirements with each order.
Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, there may be a slight delay in us getting your products to you. Our staff is working very hard to ensure that our products get to you within our normal delivery timescale, however there may be an additional 2 days for your item to be dispatched. The safety of our employees is paramount to ensure that we continue to give you the best possible service.
Top Trends are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility of the original order that was made and there will be no extra charges
At our factory we conduct a number of high quality checks, to ensure there are no missing items or damages to your order, before it is delivered out to you. When your item arrives, if there is any damage or missing items, please contact us on email@example.com and let us know which item needs replacing, along with a photograph to support your claim. The replacement part will be shipped out to you directly from our UK based warehouse.
It is your responsibility to pay for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we will track your item for you.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
